Responsibilities:
- Analyze, Review and Document requirements in Measures/Facts and Dimensions format
- Experienced in analytical needs of LIFE/AUTO insurance domain
- Parsed high-level design specification to simple ETL coding along with mapping standards
- Developed mappings to Extract, Transform and load source data into Oracle database using transformations like Source Qualifier, Aggregator, Filter, Router, Sequence Generator, look up, Rank, Joiner, Expression, Stored Procedure, SQL, Normalizer and update strategy
- Developed reusable transformations and mapplets to remove redundancy
- Developed code with performance tuning at Mapping level as well as the Database level to increase the data throughput
- Created Post UNIX scripts to run mappings
- Performed Unit testing and maintained test logs and test cases for all the mappings
- Work in aggressive 2 weeks of Sprints in Agile project environment
